Latching is a learned skill, that gets better with practice.
It's totally normal for latching your baby felt totally foreign and awkward for you in the beginning. Latching isn't an innate skill some people are born with. It's a learned skill that we can practice and get more confident with, so we can help our baby use the latching process to build up their new skills too. You just need an approach that makes sense and feels good to both of you.

Practice latching in a supportive environment.
Sometimes you just need a little support to feel confident latching your baby. In our Latch Lessons classes, you'll get one-on-one coaching with a group of cheerleaders.
You'll Get:

Individual coaching for all group members to help you learn how to help your baby use their instincts to get a deeper and more comfortable latch.

Flexible timing for you and your baby and an automatic reschedule if your baby isn't able to participate.

A video replay of your session (with consent) and an invitation to join membership to my online community to connect with others with similar struggles.
