In our session, we’ll look closely at how your baby latches and make a few focused, personalized, reflex-based adjustments that help everything feel calmer, deeper, and more comfortable — for your baby and your body.
If there’s a position that always feels awkward or hard, we’ll practice it together until it feels doable — even natural.
While your baby feeds, we’ll talk about what a “good latch” actually looks and feels like, the red and green flags to watch for, and when additional support might be helpful.
My goal is for you to leave the session with more clarity, more confidence, and the peace of mind that you know how to help your baby latch well.
