I haven’t always understood reflexes. Like many, I started my practice deeply passionate about the work, but not always sure how to truly help.

In my search for answers, I took every class I could find. And somewhere along the way, I stumbled into reflexes (during The Masterclass) — and kept going deeper for years.  

As I started experimenting with babies in my practice, reflexes became the missing piece that finally made everything make sense.

Not just for me — but it helped things make sense for the families I was working with, too.

Now, I want to share what I’ve learned. Not because a reflexive approach is the only way to help or everything you’ll ever need to know, but because truly understanding reflexes feels like holding a key. Once you have it, whole new doors open for how you can support families.
