Terms of Use

Your LactFlo™ License
Each LactFlo™ license is assigned to one Google account.
A licensed product may be installed and used only within the Google account associated with that license.
If you want to install the same product in an additional Google account, a separate license is required for that account.
A license may not be shared, transferred, resold, sublicensed, or used to install the product in additional Google accounts unless Nourished Young has expressly authorized that use.
About LactFlo™ Tool Builder
LactFlo™ Tool Builder is a licensing and installation service that allows authorized users to create licensed copies of eligible LactFlo™ tools in their own Google Drive.
LactFlo™ License Manager allows users to review license information and, when permitted, update the Google account associated with an eligible license before installation.
LactFlo™ Tool Builder and License Manager do not themselves provide the professional, clinical, educational, or other substantive services of the individual tools installed through LactFlo™.
Creating Your Tool
When you use LactFlo™ Tool Builder, the service verifies that the Google account you are using is associated with an active license for the selected product.
The Tool Builder then creates the licensed copy in that Google account.
Creating additional copies does not create additional licenses or permit installation in another Google account.
A separate license is required for each Google account in which the product is installed.
Your Google Account
LactFlo™ Tool Builder uses the Google account signed into the Builder to identify the user and verify licensed access.
You are responsible for signing into the Google account associated with your LactFlo™ license before using the Tool Builder.
If an eligible product has not yet been installed, you may be able to update the Google account associated with the license through LactFlo™ License Manager.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account, Google Workspace environment, and any files created through LactFlo™.
Creating Your Tool
When you use LactFlo™ Tool Builder, the service verifies your license and may request authorization through Google before creating a licensed copy of the selected tool in your Google Drive.
A newly created copy may contain product and installation information needed for licensing, version identification, software maintenance, or future updates.
Creating a new copy does not grant additional licenses or expand the number of users permitted under the applicable product license.
License Manager
LactFlo™ License Manager allows users to review licenses associated with a purchase email address or licensed Google account.
For eligible licenses that have not yet been installed, the License Manager may permit the licensed Google account to be changed after verification.
Verification may require a temporary recovery code sent to the purchase email associated with the license.
Installed licenses may be restricted from self-service account changes. Additional assistance may be required if an installed product needs to be moved, replaced, or otherwise changed.
Your Installed Copy
LactFlo™ tools installed through the Tool Builder are created within the Google account being used for installation.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your own Google account and for protecting, retaining, and appropriately managing files stored there.
Nourished Young is not responsible for loss of access caused by deletion, Google-account suspension, permission changes, Google Workspace administration, user error, or other changes made within your own Google environment.
Privacy and Google Data
LactFlo™ uses limited Google account and file access for licensing, installation, and software-management functions.
Information later entered into a licensed tool is not collected by LactFlo™ Tool Builder as part of the installation process.

Licensing and Access Validation
LactFlo™ may use Google account information, product identifiers, license records, and installation information to validate access to supported products.
Access may be restricted if LactFlo™ cannot validate an applicable license or if a product or service is being used in a manner inconsistent with the applicable license.
Attempts to bypass, disable, alter, or interfere with licensing, installation, account-validation, or access-control features are prohibited.
Software Updates
Nourished Young may release corrections, improvements, updates, or other changes to LactFlo™ services or supported products over time.
Availability of updates may depend on the product, installed version, applicable license, Google platform requirements, or technical changes outside Nourished Young’s control.
Certain installed tools may communicate with LactFlo™ services to identify the installed version and determine whether an update is available.
Product-Specific Terms
Individual tools installed through LactFlo™ may have additional terms, instructions, limitations, professional-use requirements, or disclaimers.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any product-specific terms that apply to the LactFlo™ product you use.
These LactFlo™ Tool Builder Terms do not replace product-specific terms applicable to an individual tool.
Prohibited Use
Except where expressly permitted by Nourished Young in writing, you may not:
- use LactFlo™ Tool Builder to obtain or create copies of products for which you do not have an applicable license;
- share, transfer, or provide licensed copies to unauthorized users;
- resell or sublicense LactFlo™ services or licensed products;
- publish or publicly distribute LactFlo™ software, source code, or protected product materials;
- remove or alter licensing, copyright, trademark, or attribution notices;
- circumvent licensing, account-validation, installation, or access-control mechanisms;
- interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to LactFlo™ systems, licensing records, or services;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative products based on LactFlo™ software except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or
- use LactFlo™ in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
Intellectual Property
LactFlo™, LactFlo™ Tool Builder, LactFlo™ License Manager, and related software, code, designs, documentation, product names, trademarks, and materials are owned by Nourished Young or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing or receiving a LactFlo™ product license gives you a limited right to use the applicable product according to its license terms.
It does not transfer ownership of LactFlo™ software, installed product software, or related intellectual property.
No Warranty
LactFlo™ Tool Builder, LactFlo™ License Manager, and related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nourished Young does not warrant that LactFlo™ services will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every Google account or configuration, or unaffected by changes made by third-party platforms.
Third-Party Platforms
LactFlo™ relies on third-party technology, including Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Google Workspace, Google Picker, and related Google services.
Nourished Young does not control those platforms and is not responsible for outages, policy changes, feature changes, permission changes, account restrictions, or other actions taken by third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nourished Young will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of LactFlo™ Tool Builder, LactFlo™ License Manager, or related LactFlo™ services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nourished Young’s total liability arising from or related to a LactFlo™ product or service will not exceed the amount paid by the user for the applicable product or license giving rise to the claim.
Suspension or Termination
Nourished Young may suspend or terminate access to LactFlo™ services if they are used in violation of these Terms, an applicable product license, intellectual property rights, or applicable law.
Suspension or termination of LactFlo™ access does not transfer ownership of your Google account or your own data to Nourished Young.
Changes to These Terms
Nourished Young may update these LactFlo™ Terms from time to time.
The date of the most recent revision will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use of LactFlo™ services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Terms
Matters not specifically addressed in these LactFlo™ Terms remain subject to Nourished Young’s general Terms and Conditions of Use, including applicable provisions regarding governing law, dispute resolution, intellectual property, indemnification, and other general business terms.
